    including Alaska and Hawaii.

1. •Highly knowledgeable and vast experience on benefits issues for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
   

2. •Experience working with American Indians, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian (AI/AN/NH) Communities whose health care
   

    benefits have been given special consideration based on their distinct and unique trust relationship with United States

    Government: This includes Health Reform 3590: The permanent reauthorization of the Indian Health Care Improvement

    Reauthorization and Extension, and the reauthorization of the Native Hawaiian Health Care Act of 1988.
